Elham Gholamvand (Ms. Eli) is a Persian individual, an accomplished makeup artist with extensive professional knowledge.Eli graduated and certified for Skincare as a master beautician, professional trainer in skincare (face & body) from Thalgo Laboratories in Nice, France and graduated as a makeup and nail art specialist from Peggy Sage school in Marseille, France. Besides,Eli studied make up application techniques and certified from Mehron makeup USA.In 2001, moved to Dubai and developed experience through her field. Became known for her unique makeup techniques in special effects and she has over 23 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Invested all the wealth she earned through her work and family finance support, she built and launched ELI Makeup Academy and ELI Art Production based in Dubai, UAE.
Eli has more than 12 years of experience in Art Direction, DOP and Makeup Artist for high end international makeup, beauty and fashion brands. Moreover, she worked with many prominent brands such as Dior, Guerlain, MakeupForever.
Renowned for her unmatching makeup techniques and profound insight into the beauty world. She has a wealth of knowledge to share through her academy provide certified KHDA courses, promotional branding services, yet luxe bridal services that can be scheduled upon request. A well-established production studio is available for documentary production and commercial photography production as well.
Eli (Elham) is the Chairman of the Board of Directors to the Eli Cosmetics & Makeup Academy and Eli Art Production also the Executive Director of these companies.She has great professional experience in the field of cosmetology and professional makeup, and extensive experience in the fields of cosmetic operations as an expert in embodying work and implementing it with great quality.
She is a strategic planner for cosmetic programs.With an extensive expert in both public relations management and cosmetic training. Expert in leading cosmetic businesses with strong media and communications skills.
Has over 23 years of experience in research, multi-method analysis and cosmetic project management with experience in using general project management methodologies to ensure effective execution across multiple projects.
Is of excellent cosmetic organizational abilities and attention to detail with a proven track record in building public relations, with a strong business mindset and a team player mentality that understands cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to deal effectively with individuals of all backgrounds and levels.
She gained many experiences and skills that enabled her to understand creative thinking at a high level in the ability to produce creative ideas and continuous development in the field of cosmetics. Eli has the skill of managing individuals with conscious leadership, as well as crisis management, and has the ability to distribute tasks and follow them up until they are well implemented.
2000-2004
Graduated and certified from Thalgo Laboratories for Skincare in Nice, France as a master beautician, professional trainer in skincare (face & body) and graduated as a Makeup and Nail art trainer from Peggy Sage school in Marseille, France. Likewise, Eli appended and increased her knowledge in makeup application techniques through studied Mehron makeup USA & certified from the brands. Joined in Laboratory and Research in Paris as a skincare treatment (face & body) and makeup trainer. Studied about International Makeup brands. Eli meets Sephora in Champs-élysées, Paris for the first time in the year of 2001.
Adding a line of specialized skin (face and body) treatment course in Faces School support by Thalgo brand. Education manager as an entrepreneur, trains more than 400 makeup artists till 2004 also Exclusive Retail for Mehron makeup( https://www.mehron.com/) & Thalgo skincare ( https://www.thalgo.com/) products for beauty academies on her region. Conducted One day seminar and master classes for group of 300 people in Main cities of Iran such as Tehran, Mashhad, Ahwaz and Tabriz etc…
Migrate to Dubai and immediately Established makeup and skincare training section electrolyze treatment in Kryolan beauty center in Dubai Deira. Participated on Sabah Al khair program for MBC channel in 2004 about makeup. Interview with Al Sada magazine and Gulf News.
2005-2009
Hired as a makeup Artist for “sound of life” first UAE Cinema field also applied different makeup on Deira TV. Created the beauty looks for many projects and editorial shoots.
Be a Stylist & Makeup artist for Perfume Commercial ads for Sapil perfume factory in UAE. Eli signed the agreement with Tapesh channel as Producer and Makeup Artist for specific time range to produce the program called “Beautiful Bride” which is the scenario of style, jewelry, makeup and hair look of bride through this program audience getting familiar with choosing the right style of cloths, jewelry and makeup according to age, type, personality and interest moreover did a preproduction and production for this program.
Providing beauty consultation & wedding makeup services for Emirati brides in all the Emirates of UAE and continues till now.
Eli Established Artway company in activity of TV production and Advertising agency in United Arab Emirates based on RAK Media city. Works on Weekly shoots for renowned Zahrat Al Khaleej Magazine (https://www.zahratalkhaleej.ae/) and Dior Beauty shoots as a Senior Makeup Artist.
2008-2017
Established makeup looks for editorial, fashion and beauty published in Zahrat Al Khaleej Magazine & work with the magazine regularly as a makeup artist and collab with international artists, designers and models professionally till 2015.
Furthermore, Eli has completed different music video projects as a Stylist and Makeup Artist for different location like “One day” music video ( https://youtu.be/rjBsQ9SygnE) produced by international singer Arash with over 182 million views in YouTube.
Ms. Eli Registered ELI Cosmetics Trading LLC from Dubai Economic Department in January2015- and registered to be a member of Dubai Design District from Tecom Group.
Get approval from Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA – Dubai https://web.khda.gov.ae/en/) as an official business partner in Dubai Design District.
Inaugurate and launched Eli Cosmetics Makeup Academy successfully and started training students to be a pro makeup artist and reach entrepreneur level with KHDA certified Internationally valid certificates.
2018-2019
Eli Finished the ELI studio fit out there she acts as an Investor, Project Manager in the site, collab with contractors, Labors, Government entities and Tecom Group. Conduct master class events with regional pro makeup artists.
Eli Cosmetics Makeup Academy participated in Beauty Pop event, united international and regional celebrities, guests, bloggers and retailers for a weekend full of makeup and hair master classes, panel talks, meet & greets, retail experiences.
Eli Cosmetics have hosted some of the most famous beauty influencers, hairstylists and makeup artists including Huda Beauty(@hudabeauty), Bassam Fattouh(@bassamfattouh), Camila Coelho (@camilacoelho), Nurse Jamiela (@nursejamiela) and Jen Atkin(@jenatkinhair). Eli co-operated with Huda Kattan Beauty Blogger and being the host of Huda Boss Facebook Episode during Beauty Pop event.
Participated as a professional makeup artist for Prestigious Beauty Exhibition at Sharjah in 2019 and won the Best Makeup Artist award. Created commercial beauty looks for Multi Makeup and Skincare Brands.
2020-2023
Eli hired the new force in the time of COVID 19 Pandemic to support production and produced digital content. Created makeup looks for different beauty shoot projects also worked as a DOP (Director of Photography) and the final images which is produced in Eli Studio used on press and digital in Middle East and South Africa like Hia Magazine. Completed beauty and fashion shoot projects with Celebrities and International Bloggers in Eli Studio. Producing video commercial shoots in range of Beauty for multi professional makeup and luxury brands in Eli studio and work done on this project as a Makeup Artist and DOP. Studied and worked on the AI makeup project application.
Eli officially established the Eli Art Production studio from DED located in Dubai Design District. Eli Art Production is a trustable studio & consult with makeup brands. Completed the professional makeup booklet for the makeup courses around 150 pages with guidelines and techniques about makeup and skincare.
Developing the first AI related application for cosmetics Industry in the world for the first time based in Dubai & completed stage setup for the ELI Beauty Show program successfully.
Working continuously on preproduction and produce weekly shows related to beauty, broad cast in GCC and Netflix platform. Furthermore, acquiring copyrights for ELI Beauty Show from the authorities, as well as utilizing full capability of ELI Makeup Academy & ELI Art Production for the ELI Beauty Show.
